he fortunately isn't experiencing any of these problems
Some are random like the hardware and software defects. Might get them, might not.
Ones you will absolutely see every time though is the screen being damaged over time by the dock (fix this by keeping it in its dock at all times and never taking it out AND GET A SCREEN PROTECTOR), and, entirely unavoidable, the pegs that keep the joy cons in place will wear out very fast and will break if you drop the system.
The pro controllers analog sticks break too. They tend to get stuck.
This system is an all-around disaster.
this iteration of it for sure
the scratching reminds of the 3ds issue
hopefully they can make a better version of it or something
where closing the system eventually scratched the top screen
I dunno
maybe I'm optimistic to a fault
They will have to make a better version.
This one is just bad.
totally
The joycon shoulders are fucking trash
they're way too hard to take on and off
A Nintendo gimmick controller that doesn't work as advertised. Nothing new or shocking there.
right
lol
yeah but think about the children
I do think the pro controller this time had the best design of all their controlers they've ever made.
If they can just fix the issue with the control sticks it'd be good to go.
Also, the system should come with one of those controllers, not be sold seperately.
yeah I agree
It looked like it was actually designed with ergonomics in mind this time. So it felt comfortable in your hand.
Instead of their usual fetish with rectangular controllers.
And what the fuck were there thinking with the joycon dock not being chargable
and selling one that does charge as an accessory
The joycon controller maintains their rectangular controller fetish.
It's a very bad design.
All those warning messages you get spammed with by Nintendo systems and games these days about taking a rest. THAT's what they were about. The damage to your wrists their poor designs caused.
It feels a lot like a gamecube controller in the hand
They'd rather annoy you with messages than just actually design it properly in the first place.
I don't get hte love for the gamecube controller.
It was.... not good.
It was tiny, extremely uncomfortable in adult hands. And it held your wrists closer together which is extremely dangerous.
That damages your wrist muscles and tendons.
That's why proper controllers have that bowed shape these days.
To hold your wrists further apart.
right
emma, you sure seem to know a lot
