your experience is very relevant
you didnt really even make a point
you just said
"you dont work in a factory"
"you're an idiot"
nice line of argument
tell me, how do factories work, what am i missing
Why I do say, it was nothing really
But I'm quite flattered
i do actually have knowledge of how factories work
but im interested to hear what your point is exactly
Factories are machines
elaborate dont
adhom and flee

If you had worked in a factory or office you might understand that the vast majority of CEOs do the same kind of work as their workers in addition to their administrative and strategic roles, and make reasonable salaries.
Augustus the fatass from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory
what is a reasonable salary to you
Your charicature of the relationship between a CEO and his worker is very poor
six figures
depends on the size of the company
the pay should depend on the skill of the job
you are wrong
im very very right
pay is determined by many things and high salaries for business creators is necessary to incentivize entrepreneurship
they are paid more in part because they have assumed risk
often business owners earn less per hour than their employees
that's true for small businesses
and there are many instances where workers are paid fairly, and business owners receive a fair salary
but all too often, especially when we're talking about large corporations
way too much of the surplus value congregates to the top of the hierarchy
which is where exploitation lies
the labour force is not paid their fair share of the surplus value -they- generate
I agree that capitalism is vuknerable to corruption and exploitation. However, I do not have much sympathy for the retail worker who makes minimum wage while his company's executives make much more.
Nobody has lost in that scenario
