Got to Warsaw a few hours ago. Weather is terrible, like always: cold, wet, overcast, foggy. People seem to be pretty festive: I had a chat with my Airbnb host about the independence celebrations.
One bit of bad news is that my mic is inching towards its end: the stewardesses manhandled it and the stand is broken. I can assemble it to stand up, but I have to reassemble it every time I adjust it. The mic portion proper is still working, fortunately, but I'll need to replace this thing soon (it's nearly four years old, so I DID get a lot of mileage out of it).
