I'm very interested to know what vitamins I am deficient in

2017-06-10 22:23:09 UTC

@lad

Moringa leaves are loaded with vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids, and more. One hundred grams of dry moringa leaf contains:4

9 times the protein of yogurt
10 times the vitamin A of carrots
15 times the potassium of bananas
17 times the calcium of milk
12 times the vitamin C of oranges
25 times the iron of spinach

The hemp seed is bursting with Omega-6 and Omega-3, essential fatty acids that have heart health and anti inflammatory benefits.

2017-06-10 22:24:35 UTC

'-')/ that all I got

2017-06-10 22:25:06 UTC

@Noodle meat contains much higher quantities of vitamins a, b and d. You can get these through plants yes, but meat contains massively higher quantities. Animal tissues such as muscles are easy to break down and integrate into our own bodies muscles because they're made of the same base proteins

2017-06-10 22:25:14 UTC

Therefore promoting muscle growth

2017-06-10 22:25:44 UTC

you can't get vitamin D from plants. You get it from the sun lol

2017-06-10 22:26:00 UTC

Our bodies make it when our skin makes contact with the light from the sun

2017-06-10 22:26:03 UTC

man

2017-06-10 22:26:47 UTC

@Siberite mushrooms contain D

2017-06-10 22:26:56 UTC

those are fungi not plants

2017-06-10 22:27:05 UTC

So?

2017-06-10 22:27:15 UTC

My point is that they're not animals

2017-06-10 22:27:21 UTC

they're not plants. It doesn't really matter though

2017-06-10 22:29:39 UTC

Who's to say plants are better to eat anyways? They react to sunlight, they physically react to bring cut, uprooted and harmed. Hell, at least meat eaters have the mercy to kill animals before eating them. The same can't be said about vegans and plants

2017-06-10 22:29:40 UTC

Smh

2017-06-10 22:30:03 UTC

By all means they're a living creature

2017-06-10 22:31:07 UTC

Do plants have brains

2017-06-10 22:31:09 UTC

Tell me

2017-06-10 22:31:31 UTC

What about a central nervous system?

2017-06-10 22:31:43 UTC

I seen sausage party...e.e

2017-06-10 22:32:01 UTC

What do you think is the definition of sentience, fidget...

2017-06-10 22:32:01 UTC

<:daddytrump:276991870960402432>

2017-06-10 22:32:03 UTC

Do bacterium have brains? No but they're still capable of hunting down prey and reacting to external stimuli

2017-06-10 22:32:34 UTC

No one is against killing bacteria

2017-06-10 22:32:50 UTC

Up until recently science believed animals weren't sentient, what's to say plants and bacteria aren't either

2017-06-10 22:33:24 UTC

So by your logic, are rocks sentient?

2017-06-10 22:33:31 UTC

Is a stick sentient

2017-06-10 22:33:53 UTC

Also.. you kill like twice as many plants as I kill

2017-06-10 22:34:02 UTC

How so

2017-06-10 22:34:04 UTC

HMMM

2017-06-10 22:34:06 UTC

WHAT DOES A COW EAT

2017-06-10 22:34:07 UTC

Let's say that plants are just as sentient as animals. Meat eaters would be killing more plants plus the animals

2017-06-10 22:35:02 UTC

@Noodle that's the cow's actions, not my own. Plants absorb dead animal's nutrients. By your logic, you've killed many animals

2017-06-10 22:35:29 UTC

F1dget

2017-06-10 22:35:32 UTC

I know you're in your car
