I got lucky, only got a few cuts

Its hell when youre a kid but when puberty started for me it mostly sorted itself out

I'm curious on how autism can be diagnosed if scientists don't know the cause. I mean, of course, aside from extreme cases. But assuming it's true there is a spectrum, I would imagine diagnoses could be wildly wrong.
