I’ve also never smoked, even though that’s completely legal.
And I live in Washington state so even more stuff is legal that I haven’t done.
Just because it's legal doesn't mean you have to c:
It costs money, and I don’t generally have money. If I try it, I might like it and then have a new regular expense I can’t afford.
Kind of like when I tried netflix
ahaha that's a pretty calculated reasoning
I am a math educator
I know! That was the joke 🤠
Ah ok. I didn’t realize ppl actually remembered me
I also minored in Economics, fwiw
Any particular reason?
It was easier than my earlier minors of Computer Sciencr and then Physics which I abandoned.
And I’m stupid
(Because I should’ve just stuck with comp sci instead of going the easy route.)
Actually I should’ve skipped university and grad school altogether tbqh
Waste of time and money
I almost did English Literature and Philosophy but I dropped the latter because it was too much of a writing load.
I guess I did get some good experiences throughout uni. But who’s to say what I would’ve done without it?
I can’t view into that alternate universe.
I only took one philosophy class in uni for my math degree. But I joined philosophy club; they had good pizza every week.
Oh yum, I used to bake for my Philosphy class on Fridays.
It’s kind of funny how few philosophy classes (sometimes 0) you need to get a “PhD”.
philosophy is retarded and useless thats why
yep
waste of credits\
it's not very applicable unless you want to teach it
^^^^
but it was interesting
It’s useful if you want to engage someone else in a conversation about philosophy.
^
and who the fuck wants to do that nowadays
cus philosophy will just lead to politics
too hard to remain nuetral when teaching/debating philosophy
Anyway, rep has the right idea. Going to trade school where he’s actually learning what he’ll be doing as a job.
I'm probably going to become a teacher
More likely younger kids than Highscool though
no god no
oh like elementary
ehh
wait no
