your name is annie what the...
it is yes
cute
👀
I didn't know your name until now
i feel like we have a somewhat ok path now, at least in most places, maybe im just hella privelaged where i live but for me i had every path i could ever imagined
I don't think you could envision a perfect schooling system, but I think preparing people for actual jobs they will do and knowledge they need for life is important
yupp
well everything in education is way easier said than done
@Ophidophile true
kids like adults are individuals and i lament that their rights are taken away
ehh well preparing people for actual jobs they will need is a wierd area
I like people being educated, but there are certainly things I’d improve. Normal school classes are already being replaced by online classes, and that trend will continue, and I believe it will be an overall net benefit to education.
no
god no
not all online
for some people that works
you need human interaction
but some people need more hands on in person experiences
to be a person
I’m just saying there will be more online stuff
And that I’ve seen changes already
and social interactions, even bad ones in highschool teach human .. humanness
all induviduals should learn how they feel like is best for them selves
ehh
what I mean in regards to teaching skills for jobs etc is that if you're leaving school and you don't know how tax works you will struggle
hey @Ophidophile I'm no photographer, but I can picture us together.
yep
lol
I do think we should put more emphasis on job training in college instead of just giving people loans and scholarships to do crap that nobody will pay them for.
again, you allow too much free will and you get worthless art majors and people working retail till retirement
there is plenty of job training in college
you got a problem wit it
but someone has to
you have no faith in other's desires you think everyone wants to do art as a job?
people just ignore it cus they want what they were taught to want in high school
better social status, better grades, and not an investment, but a quickfire learning experience
