I wasn't scared before or after getting it drawn

still might help you distract yourself from it

I basically felt my brain stop working and then I fell and saw a ton of people from the ground but it felt like I lost contact with reality

I know it doesn't help now to say it but next time ask to lie down when you get your blood drawn
