Theres a woman in the documentory who talks about life with aids and how shes completly helthy. She had refused to take her meds whale pregnant and passed it to her child who she refused to test and or treat for aids who then guess what died of aids. She then went on to die before the documentary came out. Theres an rip for her in the credits.
