I mean, people with ED or Anorexia see people offering help as attacks which makes them not want to eat more. They do tend to wear it after a while I do agree

Reverse psychology isn't an option here either, telling her she's skinny makes her not eat more and telling her she's fat makes her not eat more, there is no win here
