Been there 3 times now this year
We were there around 4th of july and there wasnt anyone but some cowboys

The cowboys were something though. One of the nights I went in with my nephew and sister and they were all drunk and singing very loudly. (And really badly)
It was fun though
There's also some good hikes in the steens right next to it. Then the alvord playa is it's own special thing
We played with one of those little flying disco balls out on the playa

The wind took it so fast all we could do was run after it
It was also pitch black out otherwise for the new moon

I haven't been taking as many photos lately tbh, I get too caught up in whatever we're doing and forget
