Oh I should have mentioned- the reason this fella got in our faces from what I gathered is because, we were between some pillars blocking one of the ways to walk through, however walking 3 feet around the pillar next to us granted anyone access so we weren't really blocking anything in actuality, but this old timer stops and waits whilst saying absolutely nothing for a good 10 seconds

Ah I see, it can be difficult to get counselling in a timely manner, it is similar in the UK for therapy

I hope you get through to somebody soon though, talk to friends when you can but remember they aren't professionals, I find connecting with those closest to me can help

This is just what I usually recommend though- I am not a professional, just a guy who has depression / anxiety

I have a friend who is going through the same thing as me, so we can both help each other out. Where I live doesn't really help because the people are getto and the place is really shitty
