Leaving while causing a scene, depending on what kind of job you have, could make it more difficult to find the next job. Because a lot of the time, these owners all know eachother and you'll get a reputation, maybe a worse one than you might already have. I don't know, im just a stupid dipshit on the internet. That's just my two cents. I can understand wanting to cause a scene though, I fantasize constantly about how I'd leave my job and just make everybody's life a living f'ing hell on the way out.
