Clarification

yeah, it quickly went from 'cramp' sort of pain to 'sticking a red hot poker into my leg and twisting' sort of pain

If I were to play three hours one day, I would get a level two cramp in my hands, then if I were to play two hour in one day a week later, I’d get the same cramp

I just did a special treatment involving vapor rub and a bowl and a towel. Inhaling the vapor rub while covered with a towel so I could breathe better
