I have major anxiety lol. It's helped me immensely.
Especially in social situations
You don't have to go full trip for it to be effective. Most people who do shrooms don't go for full hallucinations.
I had the opposite experience. Used to do them and enjoy them in my teens
I didn't do any drugs until adulthood tbh.
Tried them at a social thing a few months ago. Only a couple stems. Whole lot of nope
I would NEVER do them while in social situations.
That I feel was the major problem
The only time I take them is when I am in a place I am 100% comfortable, which is usually outside for me. I don't like being in the house either
Yeah I would probably try again under those settings. Preferably day and either outside when it is warm or inside with some weird movies to watch
And with someone you trust, always good to have someone you know to watch ya
