It’s what we do with chicken thighs
The only thing of a chicken I boil is the bones and leftover meat for soup
It is a quick way to cook it for chicken and rice

Boil it, cut it up, measure it, put it in with the rice and mixed veggies, put it in a baking dish and sprinkle cheese over it. Put it in at 450 to evenly heat it all, and viola
Idunno. I'm a bake it in the oven or fry it in the cast iron kinda gal

I have roasted garlic olive oil that's pretty good
I do brine the chicken for a bit first to make it juicy
Ah, I generally use plain olive oil and season with pepper, or in the case of pork chops, use butter
