I cant read now Im with friend so only short messages
they didnt take us to those exercises
I will in a bit, I may not agree but I will read
ah
we got americans, germans and dutch instead
Did they do well
who, the foreigners?
germans got tons of praise but tbh their work couldve been better, dutch were terminators and burgers were shit
Dont fuck with em Dutch
Burger were probably trying to find the nearest McDonalds
they just fucked around doing really shoddy job at fortifying. Dutch went hardcore, very neat, very extensive sandbag fortifications
Germans were inbetween, but their work ethic was peak based. Even their officers worked
and you guys did well ?
our guys on the fortifications did good afaik, they werent really accented. I personally didnt do fortifications, unlike previous exercises where we were primary ones for that
Im thinking of joining the army once Im more fit btw
drop as much weight as you can dude
look up basic physical reqs and focus on hitting the top scores. You wont reach them in years and frankly you dont have to for serving but the idea is to not stop at the minimum
I’m think of joining after college
dunno about your militaries, but mine was way different than what I and lots of other guys imagined
What did you imagine?
most of the professionals we get to talk to in private setting say its shit service and from what Ive seen, I agree. I dont belive my future lies with military anymore
I don’t know if you remember Bulba but he joined the navy
I believed that it was gonna be hell in terms of physical shit and lots of discipline and order
kinda off on all 3
I think basic is going to be hell but after that boring
Im weak af due to not eating enough all the time (food is dreadful, single most demoralising thing for me), but I do pretty much all the stuff needed, and I aint at the bottom even
discipline is only observed when seniors are around and even then its dodgy at times, and order is a meme
basic in burger forces is peak OOF, I wouldnt go there unless I had 2 years to prepare physically and mentally (mentally mostly to learn to eat whatever xD)
I fucking love to eat
Still skinny as shit though... fast metabolism and exercise pretty much everyday p
I need to get bigger
I’ve improved ALOT in the past 2 years
bigger means harder to do pullups and actually all other exercise
focus on muscle power gain
Alan Thrall had a good vid on prepping for USMC running
Dm it to me
basically you got a good idea of how heavy the gear is, you can try hiking with increasingly heavy shit over increasingly long distances. I dunno how well that would work, just something I think should work
For my size I am quite strong... I can push bigger players off the ball
I’ll pin it for right now and watch it later
