almost everything turnbased is great UNLESS if it's a JRPG

Turn based can be good or bad depending on the system.

It's an action adventure game

i didnt have a ps2 growing up so i missed all those games

i got the ps2, this year actually

and it spent most of the year being dead

Id describe the first one as a dungeon crawling action adventure game with roguelike elements

The first one is more naturally difficult then the second one. But the second one is less forgiving. You die. Game over. Reload a save

The first one just laughs at you. Kicks you out of the dungeon. And Rob's you.
