lore wise necrons are far far stronger than most ad mech

on a 1 v 1 basis

Skitarii in game tend to have very low HP and while they can carry decently powerful weapons they're quite fragile

like a level 1 techrpriest with no gear has about 10 HP base but the highest HP I've seen a Skitarii have is 8

well gameplay ise tech priests are all multi wounds unit
