I'm talking about my experience with Roman Catholicism. Cardinal sins are not sins that will be forgiven if done with intent, you chose to commit them against God Himself.

Romans 10:9 "If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
