We just think Women have different jobs than men. Like Women Gather men Hunt. In church women teach Primary, and Sunday School, do Relief Society things and support their husbands. In church Men hold office in the priesthood, administer the Eucharist, teach Sunday School and do Priesthood things and generally do the Spiritual and Leadership stuff. Many other callings are there, practically infinite in fact and most are actually gender neutral.
