Did Tim fuck it up?

2019-07-12 03:54:38 UTC

that or it'll turn like the shuttle project

2019-07-12 03:54:40 UTC

If you watch his shit, it was clickbait and nothing more l.

2019-07-12 03:54:41 UTC

scrapped isn't the issue.. it's having a controlled decent

2019-07-12 03:54:42 UTC

shooting it down is a waste of perfectly usable vacuum sealed space-ready structures

2019-07-12 03:54:43 UTC

I feel like Tim fucked it up

2019-07-12 03:54:46 UTC

why would nyone bother killing the iss

2019-07-12 03:54:57 UTC

its a useful research vessel

2019-07-12 03:55:01 UTC

with all the new SpaceX sats going up, there will be LOTS of traffic

2019-07-12 03:55:05 UTC

He shoulda donned appropriate attire.

2019-07-12 03:55:09 UTC

not if you dont believe in space

2019-07-12 03:55:15 UTC

aha flat earth

2019-07-12 03:55:16 UTC

Where would they go with SpaceX? Other than tourism.

2019-07-12 03:55:21 UTC

cause big things in orbit eventuallly crash back to earth

2019-07-12 03:55:23 UTC

jh

2019-07-12 03:55:25 UTC

that would be BAD

2019-07-12 03:55:25 UTC

uh

2019-07-12 03:55:26 UTC

mining?

2019-07-12 03:55:36 UTC

i mean they just work for government grants atm

2019-07-12 03:55:37 UTC

Do you need people for that kind of mining?

2019-07-12 03:55:37 UTC

Kessel knows

2019-07-12 03:55:48 UTC

what kind

2019-07-12 03:56:02 UTC

Asteroid mining, i assume that's what we are talking about.

2019-07-12 03:56:12 UTC

What about moon mining

2019-07-12 03:56:20 UTC

moon base

2019-07-12 03:56:22 UTC

Yeah, that could be done by robots too.

2019-07-12 03:56:23 UTC

personally, i think they should launch mining drones into orbit people can control via VR to get up to speed on orbital construction and mining

2019-07-12 03:56:29 UTC

Yeah, drones.

2019-07-12 03:56:32 UTC

start with skilled labor on earth

2019-07-12 03:56:44 UTC

Nah, if controlled descent was a matter we'd of already smashed each other "accidentally".

2019-07-12 03:56:45 UTC

operating construction drones in orbit

2019-07-12 03:56:49 UTC

problem is that the speed of connections take time

2019-07-12 03:57:01 UTC

not with the new sat tech

2019-07-12 03:57:02 UTC

especially if you're talking about farther than the moon

2019-07-12 03:57:30 UTC

isn't the sun 8 light minutes away?

2019-07-12 03:57:31 UTC

latency will be no existent with 5g, we aren't talkin work on the moon, just LEO

2019-07-12 03:57:36 UTC

Yeah, though having remote ... wait a second... KSP, anyone?

2019-07-12 03:57:41 UTC

I would
1)Send an automatic rocket with drones to an asteroid
2)Attach something to make the asteroid come closer to earth
3)Work closer to earth, less travel, more human resources, etc.

2019-07-12 03:57:45 UTC

lol

2019-07-12 03:57:48 UTC

doom wants 5g huh

2019-07-12 03:57:52 UTC

jew tbh
