I've spent a bit making some textures for dirt, as the first block of my resource pack

and

it's looking way better than I expected

I'd like to stress that I am not even remotely an artistically minded person, so achieving something as small as this is a big boost for me

The trick is being able to make a texture that can repeat without looking obvious. A seamless texture, if you will.

Use rotated textures to help with that

Tho that requires a clientside mod
