11/10

2019-08-30 03:52:22 UTC

come again!

2019-08-30 03:52:30 UTC

yes

2019-08-30 03:52:31 UTC

you

2019-08-30 03:52:32 UTC

need

2019-08-30 03:52:34 UTC

to calm down

2019-08-30 03:52:45 UTC

like holy fuck, do you need a strait jacket?

2019-08-30 03:52:57 UTC

It's reliability depends on the qaulity of the components as there are crappy versions.

2019-08-30 03:53:25 UTC

for someone shrieking about firearm semantics you're acting like someone who shouldn't be trusted anywhere near them

2019-08-30 03:53:36 UTC

Nice strawman

2019-08-30 03:53:41 UTC

shall we build another?

2019-08-30 03:54:02 UTC

No, we shall calm you the fuck down before you blow a god damn gasket

2019-08-30 03:54:55 UTC

seriously, do mods need to get involved? being explicitly hostile for literally no fucking reason, you are.

2019-08-30 03:55:11 UTC

The real issue with the 762 is sprawl. That's why it's accuracy falls off after a couple hundred meters.

2019-08-30 03:55:42 UTC

Shall we chill and listen to this great song of peace?

2019-08-30 03:56:02 UTC

The AK was intended as a tanker rifle so it makes sense

2019-08-30 03:56:32 UTC

The original AK was cursed with complexity

2019-08-30 03:56:47 UTC

It was a great weapon. resilient and reliable, even if it wasnt accurate.

2019-08-30 03:56:55 UTC

After some factory reworking it got cheaper.

2019-08-30 03:57:16 UTC

It's a tack driver within 200 meters

2019-08-30 03:57:30 UTC

Like every rifle

2019-08-30 03:57:34 UTC

but you're right, in your previous statement. In close combat it doesn't matter

2019-08-30 03:57:56 UTC

which most engagements were... especially in Nam

2019-08-30 03:58:14 UTC

Mosin could be a tack driver but it was 762x54. Absolute crap action but a really nice trigger.

2019-08-30 03:58:51 UTC

It's recoil is nice because the round was underpowered

2019-08-30 03:59:26 UTC

So if you're gun shy i recommend it to break in.

2019-08-30 03:59:27 UTC

and also ubiquitous

2019-08-30 04:02:11 UTC

Kick is not an issue really if you are shouldering properly. I taught a roomate (90 lb female) to shoot with the Mossberg I jjust covered the fundamentals before feeding live rounds.

2019-08-30 04:02:53 UTC

A gun I have not shot... I would love to though

2019-08-30 04:03:05 UTC

Are you in the US

2019-08-30 04:03:08 UTC

I hear they are fun and easy to use

2019-08-30 04:03:18 UTC

Yes

2019-08-30 04:03:18 UTC

They can be

2019-08-30 04:04:26 UTC

You can rent a gun at a range and they'll teach you the basics and essential safety to handle a firearm

2019-08-30 04:04:56 UTC

Oh, I am a seasoned gun owner, just have never shot a Mossberg

2019-08-30 04:04:58 UTC

Not an open-air range close enough to me

2019-08-30 04:05:06 UTC

Ah gotcha

2019-08-30 04:05:18 UTC

all the close ones are indoors and that sound reverb gets old fast
