If you have an idea, youre "disruptive"

2019-09-07 11:42:40 UTC

and if you're not "disruptive" you're "complaining too much" because they are clueless and greedy and split you between projects and nothing gets properly finished

2019-09-07 11:42:47 UTC

projects come out low quality

2019-09-07 11:42:50 UTC

customers bail

2019-09-07 11:42:55 UTC

revenue shrinks

2019-09-07 11:43:24 UTC

Less educated foreigners butt in and make everything take forever

2019-09-07 11:43:48 UTC

Maybe not less educated

2019-09-07 11:44:04 UTC

work ethic should be upheld

2019-09-07 11:45:36 UTC

Yeah but if we vanilla kiddos outta school do our best in a bureaucratic institution then suddenly people from all over the world come in with their own way of doing things, a lot of things go unproperly documented

2019-09-07 11:46:27 UTC

They work hard, dont get me wrong, its just that they dont value what we learned in our milk toast upbringings

2019-09-07 11:46:38 UTC

well

2019-09-07 11:46:52 UTC

working hard does not excuse not doing your tasks all the way

2019-09-07 11:47:02 UTC

and leaving them half assed only to come back and fuck everything up later

2019-09-07 11:47:11 UTC

Its the bigotry of low standards

2019-09-07 11:47:14 UTC

regardless of service, retail or manufacturing

2019-09-07 11:48:10 UTC

Im a social worker, so results rely on documentation. People that primarily have english seem to do best, more and more people that barely seem to have a grasp are coming on.

2019-09-07 11:49:04 UTC

oh boy

2019-09-07 11:49:11 UTC

yeah that's gonna be a problem

2019-09-07 11:49:27 UTC

job positions should state "advanced english required"

2019-09-07 11:50:06 UTC

if only everyone grew up watching UNSUBBED Cartoon Network

2019-09-07 11:50:22 UTC

Yeah we have rules like speaking only english especially around clients, people dont give a shit

2019-09-07 11:50:50 UTC

if the company states it issues services in english then yeah it should be that

2019-09-07 11:50:53 UTC

To address it and throw the book would just gut 80% of our staff

2019-09-07 11:51:01 UTC

that's failing to do your work task at the end of the day

2019-09-07 11:51:06 UTC

Theres no winning.

2019-09-07 11:51:35 UTC

I fight every day. Im seen as a joke. People mock trump and tell me their quips, as if i care

2019-09-07 11:53:16 UTC

Its totally like some kind of social segregation. Ive seen leftist dweebs come to me for red pills

2019-09-07 11:53:42 UTC

Its quite sad, really.

2019-09-07 11:55:48 UTC

All i want is accountability, but the people raised in the states with the workplace seniority all party together and just want an easy day. If this scenario is true in other state institutions, then its all a breeding ground for corruption

2019-09-07 11:56:50 UTC

anti union action is the only way forward

2019-09-07 11:57:58 UTC

This is reddit tier

2019-09-07 11:58:09 UTC

I bet those pieces of shit gave him biscuits

2019-09-07 11:58:14 UTC

Anyway

2019-09-07 11:58:22 UTC

Something about your union

2019-09-07 11:58:43 UTC

Its old and not going anywhere

2019-09-07 11:59:33 UTC

I mentioned that a bunch of people from third world countries are beneficiaries, they will not do anything to compromise their benefits or the ease to which they are provided

2019-09-07 12:00:52 UTC

There has to be a cultural shift in understanding what it is to be american and how not to hate your neighbors for merely having lighter skin.

2019-09-07 12:01:36 UTC

Thats the only practical solution i see. We need some kind of trump-obama fusion type
