yeah, diversity programs are rather counterproductive most of the time, if anything it reinforces the things it seeks to get rid of

@Aldomuz my view of it is that it's a tool used by progressives to keep non-whites, especially blacks, uncompetitive and submissive, as it's easy to keep a group of people down when you constantly tell them that they're fucked regardless of how hard they try to succeed, so why try at all?
