well im from Timisoara and we have tons of neighborhoods who look similar

but this is not in Timisoara

when I first saved it

so I'll go with Poland

It does have this Moscow suburbian feel to it

eastern euro buildings

I don't think Eastern Europe is the only place with panel houses

it's all countries who had direct influence from the USSR

that includes some places in south america too to my knowledge

I am pretty sure they are also present in Western countries

I have definitely seen some in France

frenchies are an odd bunch

but theirs have some more stuff thrown in

they don't leave enough space between buildings and there is no greenery

the new buildings being built across eastern europe/including russia, a good part of them lack proper building norms

water infiltrates

the basement floods

the walls are thiner

etc

a good portion of them

Not in Hungary they don't

Although we are not proper Eastern Europe either

it depends from what construction companies you strike deals with

if they can get away with cutting corners they will

Never heard of any building having those problems here

We **do** however have a massive issue with delays
