and I've meet illegals living here for more than 10 years
in the next cul-de-sac over we have had this family that came over in 2017 that were granted asylum
every week there is atleast two police events in that cul-de-sac because of them
i live in abbotsford and theres little if nothing of border protection
more to go to usa
lol
they send their kids to school, but they have never gotten jobs because they are home all day,
we are great friends with oine of their neghbours
since before they arrived
they are stuck in their home but given the opprotunity they want to move to yellowknife
far from here
but they cant because pensioner
they cant afford to move
ooo you cant believe the rail road down street, so many homeless living on tends in front of those religious second hand stores, crime and police everyday all the time
unfortuante
homeless illegial americans?
people do that everywhere
most are dumb
unfortuiently we cant jstu give these people a kindle paperwwhite with unlimited 3g so they can self educate
because they woudl sjtu sell the darn thing for booze or drugs
what also coudl be done but wotn evewr be agreed upon and thsi si soemthign i ahve been discussign ar adebating the last decade
in Brazil they do the same, they move from north to SE without having anything to do there. Most of the time start the entire journey with no money and arrive in a community where they can't afford to live or only can offer low payed services bc they have no education or knowledge, their services value almost nothing or can't make a living around there. they end up in the "favelas", poor and sometimes not even, on the streets with no money to even go back to where they came from. Sad reality that requires more individualism and better education. Thing the populist government of the almost 2 last decades has destroyed already.
i knwo all provicnes dont have asured income for the severly handiocapped, but the provinces that do, its roughly 18k a year of assured income
bearly enough to get a simple studio apartment
here in canada it costs us 30k a year for homeless programs per homless person
we as canadians coudl save 10k per homless person, homing them with assured income
canada gives more than eough support and I don't think it's a good thing o increase it
i am nto giving more
quite the opposite infact
I am Brazilian and saw what this type of policies had done to my country in the last 16 years, and it doesn't seem to have a going back
what Canadian local gvnts need to stop doing is trying to control the market and business
coorporativism is the other way to kill the free market and national economy
around here they control the real state arket, you can't get anything even crappy place for less than 1200$
Yep it’s excessively controlled and we are consistently told that more control with solve the problems
Canada pitches and the United States catches. Chang my mind
some of the PPC signs around my area were vandalised by someone
no chance that the damage if from wind, either, they weren't blown over, but ripped apart
pisses me off
So much for "Freedom of speech" eh
@Kaiser (ICFD) maybe they were eaten by a moose. a labour moose
