here if you want to survive as ethiopia then just arrange all your armies into one and have your most experienced gen lead them, then produce every bit of mil equipment you can and use your pol power to hire mil advisors

literally just throw everything you have at buffing your mil up to fuck

disregard your economy completely for it

then just make sure to go for the ports

cause that's where the pizzaniggas be coming from
