why wit hthe die linke
like campaign posters which show that would show it better for me
one individual member is not really showing a widespread issue right>?
Well he was their ex-leader
and the woman who leads Die Linke is anti-refugee
can you source that ?
the die linke part
thanks im gonna read it now
okay done
i think she was critized for it
and it doesnt seem to be a wideheld belief in her party?
I am by no means eliminating the argument that the best response to the refugee problem is fixing the countries themselves but the rhetoric is troubling. Its almost as if they are saying that the only way to attract voters is to elect big mouths like the far right
she was elected leader
was she elected leader after these remarks?
so was Marijnissen
are there any statements of her before she was elected
i dont think marijnissen used to say this before
Well she emulated the previous score of Die Linke, in largely the same parts
sorry what do you mean?
Die Linke's score was largely unchanged.
from the previous election
She is popular inside the party
i think i am unfamiliar with the german election system
is the party leader elected by the party or by popular vote from outside?
or do you mean the election results in a general election where die linke has same result shows that people agree wit hher?
the election result
i dont think that hsows that the left party supports it right?
left voters vote on die linke because they are very left wing
and i dont think xenophobia is a pervasive aspect of die linke
i think you have to show campaign posters or something like that saying stuff like that
or their party program
i dont think individual members saying that shows it
unless you have several examples from one party
I am not trying to not believe you on purpose or something, dont get me wrong.
no you are right to be critical
I just didn't see this before the emergence of right-wing populism
and now it seems we are trying to imitate them in certain aspects
most notably via this concept of workerism
aka the proleteriat is always right
