This story seems very complex

None really in Wind Waker or Phantom Hourglass, he does have a really close relationship with Tetra/Zelda

Yeah, each of these Links are technically different people because he keeps reincarnating

Oh yeah, in Link's Awakening he falls extremely in love with Marin, and then she turns out to have never been real in the first place

They all existed in a dream world, so when Link woke the dreamer (the wind fish), the dream disappeared. Link was the only being there who wasn't originally part of the dream.
