As for the dissection, I can't claim it has any meaning, but I have some clues. First off, it starts with a scene in the forest, of a road. Although at first I thought it was water, It is actually a 3 way road. In the middle, are glasses

They are lit up either by the camera (we know the camera has lights from all the other scenes). Or have lights in them, it kinda looks like the latter-

You can see, right where the light wall turns really darn, that it is the area for the stairs to go up the basment, shown in the final scenes. as well as at 1:17.

The narrator is obviously mentally ill, as they repeat themselves over and over again.

This was obviously filmed with a strobe light.

Multiple times, possible blood stains and a possible body bag are shown. this, with the glasses, adds up to something sinister.

Saying: "You live here, I have cleaned you" is obviously wrong, as no one, besides in the last shot, is around, at least not alive.

The area is filthy, and again, only a crazy person would say that.

maybe the camera is the POV of the person there

it is likely that the person is not ok in the head, as not only is the camera (POV) shaky, when you do see somethign alive, it is moving in an impossible manner

By the tone and atmosphere, it seems that the narrator, most likely the person in the final shot, is angry at the person (the camera or the body bag) for not being thankful for, in their demented eyes, a good place to sleep and reside.
