well the only other option is to look for alternatives of the guardianship and sue for freedom from said guardianship out of fear of their own life or feel like they're being oppressed by said guardian

Suing for freedom is your only shot, because the legal guardian holds the power

also theres the consideration of if admiralty laws are being thrown out of the legal books for good, and only constitutionally processed laws applies from now on, this guardianship may be considered illegal now
