Well, what I was getting at was, how to anwswer this question largely depends on what the Professor views as "Liberalism." Because there's at least two seperate types of liberalism.

Well, if he's open to the classical form of liberalism then certainly they would not even entertain the idea of a world government. Classical liberals see local politics as key.
