In Canada it's difficult to get a carry license to many of us just carry black powder.
I dunno, I'm under 21 so I carry a 1858 remington
Yeah black powder does still work a little messy and dirty but it does work
Mainly while hunting and you need a sidearm.
Lotta wolves
Hard to get any true velocity out of black powder but it works
Don't need velocity if you can punch a fist sized hole in em.
I need to get into BP Firearms later, but right now I've got builds in front of anything else
My newest little Sniper rifle. TAKES AR MAGS.
If it works .. it works..fist sz hole seems to work
*Hmmm*
20rd ones?
A sniper in 5.56?
Great out@to 400yards 2 MOA. TAKes 30s too
I get that's...its not that strange
Yup. 5.56 sniper rifle. We Still have them in the Marine Corps
Huh
Yes we do
In Canada we use 338 lapua
We have those also. They replaced our 300 WinMag’s
C-14 is an amazing rifle
We're Canadian, we do as we please.
When I was in the sniper program in Quantico Virginia we started out with the M 40 a 3s. with the McMillan advance stock coming out of Vietnam
My newest LDR is a M1A in 6.5 Creedmore
We're one of the countries that held onto .308 longer than others
"5.56 eh? Nah gimme my .308 back."
The Creedmoor is a flat shooter but it still lacks the punch of a full 308
Sound about right to me
I used a m40a4 in Afghanistan
The 5.56 mm is a precision overwatch weapon for short range targets
Not a fan of American M4s and M16s but I do like the sniper rifles y'all get.
We graduated from the M 40 A3s to the A5s and the sixes were just about to come out when I retired
Macmillan Did a heckuva job by not only the stocks but the barrel set ups and smoothing out the action
Not a Trained sniper btw, I was a SDM, so I used a M39
Counter sniping in the mountains
SDM...
Huh
Squad designated Marksman
DM.
I gotcha
Sniper they didn't trust
