Watching video on Taiwan and some of their busier cities, it's weird seeing a big city that isn't littered with abandoned buildings and is actually cleaned up

Well, I mean, literally every big city I've ever personally been to has always been run down. You might see a few that have some really nice places in them, but that's like maybe 10% of the entire city and the rest is just shit
