because since it's big city, they have a problem with people going into the bathrooms and doing tons of drugs

high crime, can't use the bathrooms, hard to find parking, etc...

I try to avoid them like the plague

some places, I didnt check if the bathroom was closed to public or not. It was too run down for my taste and I just got back on the highway

The trick is to go into McDonald's. Order a dollar burger and ask where the restrooms are.

I think they have to let you if you're a customer. Something like necessary entities or something
