what have you got in mind?
I made something in ms paint once and thought it was funny, and I’m looking for someone who could make it RTX <:KEK:795742276549607456>
I made it during the DNC because I thought it’d be funny
Lol okay
I feel bad for that furry
And I really dislike furries
lol
had liomited time but im lmao rn
furries are ok as long as they remain normal and dont do the weird shit imo
Furries are ok as long as they keep it at home and in conventions. Stop doing it in public and stop posting on social media about it
yea
Oh dear
44mm? It’s that a bit long for a pistol?
its long, but you forget that there are pistols IRL chambered in .45-70, which have a length of about 53mm's
besides, this gun is more of a hunting pistol than anything else
Ah
It’s just I’m thinking that it seems long when you realize that stuff like the am use rounds only 39 mm long
A lion.
Roar
Not pistols, revolvers. This matters, because with a revolver, your hand doesn't have to wrap around something holding the ammunition.
I don't think a human hand could realistically wrap around a pistol grip holding 40mm long inside of it.
But it is a nice drawing, you have some skill.
Well, its not made for humans so
Ah, that changes everything.
I had a similar idea for a pistol chambered in .454. It was years ago, but I actually tailored the character to the weapon instead of the other way around. The woman holding the pistol needed to be roughly 8 feet tall if all her dimensions were in the same proportion to humans.
Dam
Also for this gun, you really arent suposed to wrap your entire hand around it, supposed to your both your hands, one hand to cover the front part of the grip, and the other to brace at the back
Also normally comes with a bipod
Okie doke.
a scope is optional with it, but it does much better with a dot sight, given that the only place you could really mount a scope easily on it is on the slide (where the Picatinni rail is at on the upper part of it)
Well, here's an idea, it'd be kinda wonky. But imagine if you had a sight attatched to a rail on the bottom, and the sight wrapped around to the top? But then you probably wouldn't be able to get it in the holster 🤔
yeah that would be an issue
I'm just remembering my Jane's Guide to modern firearms.
or you could spot weld a picatinny rail on a part of the barrel that isnt a part of the slide and then slide a scope onto it
That would work much better.
granted is somethin purposefully designed not to really utilize a scope, since as a pistol it has fairly short range, and the stuff it is designed to go against are fairly large and often times aggressive creatures with fairly thick layers of blubber and fur on them, which with them often see's a hunter (even with a long range rifle) getting ambushed by them, so something more portable than a full length rifle but still packs a heavy punch is what is preferred when hunting this kinda creature
I am imagining the Bugs out of Starship Troopers.
Somebody pointed out that their rifles didn't have scopes. Someone else pointed out: "Do you think aiming precisely would be a benefit when your enemy is a bug the size of a volkswagon beetle, and is about five feet away?"
