i bet you could watch 45 - 1hr documentaries or old TED talks about the "topic" of the class that day and learn more than any progressive teacher can give you

I live in Illinois and recently they changed the teaching standards to prioritize "culturally responsive learning" and encouraging "student advocacy"

i helped my niece with some questions that she had gotten wrong, so after i helped her through the maths (adding fractions with variables n sht) we came up with the same "wrong' answer (according to the teacher and the book).
I looked up the answer on Wolphram Alpha and we had it right.

When I had music classes for 10 years and learned how music works in the past 3 months alone 👍
