... ok let me give you example
How would you feel if a political officer came to your house ok?
Believe it or not there were a shit ton of south american countries who implemented communism only for the CIA to back fascist coups
and they told you, here is some homeless guy moving in
1 bedroom each
and if u refuse they shoot you or deport u to concentration camp
Ok I have a roommate whatever
What's so distasteful about letting a guy live as a roomate
what about if the state came one day ok? and they came into your house and took all your food at gunpoint
That's not communism that's actually what a lot of the people did who were fighting communists
Maybe the fact that you don't have a say in the decision, a decision that will affect you
But this happened in peacetime under communist regimes
across the world
how cucked are you?
@Lily the Smol I mean surely you know of the great leap forward, the holodomor, kazahk famine, villagization, etc etc
Oh you're concerned about decisions? What if you were suddenly fired from your job and nobody was hiring because there's a lot of automation in your field so nobody needs you so you have to die on the street or throw away all your skills to learn something completely different to make money?
Well then in social democracy get this
we have a welfare state
and a safety net...
wow......
And you call that communism
The risks are work or die
pfff no such thing exists in a communist state
no food on the shelves
meat deliveries once a month
You're kidding. That's all that fucking exists you halfwit
And it wasn't like that under Communism?
@terry The thing is have you heard of people in the west literally starving to death because they were refused food by the state or any form of charity?
Under communism it was more: hey here's a job that you either want to do or have affinity for, you get to keep this job and regardless we will keep you alive.
No, even the homeless survive via private charity and generosity of others @Nicolae Ceaușescu
Inefficient and useless jobs @Lily the Smol
Give me an example
idk? someone sitting at a desk all day to pull a gate up and down for vehicles?
Something which could be automated
So if that job becomes useless they don't just have to beg for a new job they can just be given a new job that is similar in requirements.
New jobs replace old jobs
Or they don't have to work if they're incapable
If the US was truly communist today the only difference is that there would be waaaaay more investment in rural areas and less people would be unemployed and less people would be homeless, and you would just be able to, like, order food or stuff you need on a government website and get it instead of like amazon or something. And at work you can actually participate in the decision making process wow
Imagine actually wanting to live in a society where the shelves are emputy 24/7 and the restraunts even have no food to serve
Yeah capitalism sucks doesn't it
