My great uncle was a Green Beret in Vietnam. He gave me his jump wings and showed me this massive scar on his leg from a parachuting accident. Apparently before my time one of my distant cousins thought it would be funny to try and take him down from behind during deer camp, that cousin ended up on the ground with a buck knife to his throat in an instant.

Good luck! I am going to finish my degree and then enlist. I kind of wish I had joined out of high school. I ended up dicking around in college and wasting a couple of years. It probably would have been a better path to enlist and then go to school.
