is there any legitimate reason to buy a pistol that's not a walther
automatics wise I mean, wheel guns are a separete issue
????????????
Sure, big goofy letters like CREED or PPQ on the slide. Also the grip looks like one of those ghetto soldering iron jobs. Looks a little top heavy like a high point.
yeah the atheistics are not my kinda ball game
walther is good quality
I just turned 21 and I am planning on buying my first gun. I am not looking to spend more than $500. Any recommendations?
If you can find a mosin for less than 150 it will teach you the basics
I guarantee you you can find them way cheaper
That's what i was thinking. Is the ammo easy to find in stores? I'm looking for something that would be useful in an SHTF situation.
yes u can find mosin ammo in big box stores like acadmey
also u can buy shit tons online even cheaper
good luck finding one for 150
meh gun broker u can get lucky
u can get a factory new mosin for around 300 if u look well
tbh i would spend an extra 100-150 and get a nice basic ar, unless they really want a milsurp bolt as first gun
got any good 500 dollar ars?
@Joe the boomer i have mosin that was my first rifle and i would say for the money a mauser would be better like a yugo or spanish
yugo
it depends the 8mm masuer is much harder tomcome by
only online really and more expensive
yugos are geat ive had many mausers
i have a safe queen german kar98k in factory new conedition from 1939
nice i just got a m1 carbine for my 21st birthday its a rockola
nice
that k98 must have cost a arm and a leg
it did
I have one of these, it's a nice gun. And .40 caliber is pretty cool.
You can get a 1.0 police trade in in .40 for cheap these days. A new 1.0 is cheap as well. I have a 1.0 in 9mm. I like the beaver tail. idk why they took it off.
I don't like the 1.0, but to each his own
The triggers were shitty on some of the earlier ones from what I hear. Mine was manufactured in 2016 so I think it has a similar trigger as the one that went into the 2.0.
I've put about 1000 rounds through it so far. Seems to work fine. Even with the 30 round mag
I got my mosin with a bunch of accessories and ammunition pouches for 150$ but I bought it in person
@Shepherd all of a bolt-action is what you're going for then in my opinion you can get a Winchester model 70 cheaper and objectively it is a better gun than the Mosin shoots a better minute of angle more accurate
i hate the slide release on the m&p
doesnt look to bad really at all
i went with a sp2022
isn't .40 a meme caliber
