Otherwise, use google scholar to find some more scientific studies. Also, type in "porn addiction" on youtube and you'll find a plethora of speakers.

The greatest advice I've received on porn addiction is this : You need to treat porn as sorcerer's spell. Imagine that there is an evil warlock that is trying to curse you with a hex spell that weakens you every time you get the urge to watch porn. Doing this will make the battle feel less like a battle against yourself, and more like a battle against something evil. It's been working so far with me.

Another way to help your dopamine levels is through working out.
I started to lift weights two years ago and I've been happier about it ever since.
