It's currently just speculation, aka an actual conspiracy theory but would explain everything that's happening including the fact that the pentagon is very reluctant to give Sleepy Joe a single piece of their Intel. We'll just have to wait and see but it would make sense since The Donald never conceded defeat and promised he would be back in some form hopefully soon.
