Rome had to become racially accepting of north africans
rome is a perfect example
Also high religion^
And corruption^
Roman Empire was objectively bad in my opinion
Yea
a very good starting country that over time became too big for its own good. compromises were made and boom no more empire
Never try and grow to big as a country
too*
well why should colonists try to preserve the culture of things they conquered, thats not their duty. The host country doesn't become more diverse. The usa didn't become accepting after manifest destiny, neither did russia after it expanded to the east. Just because it happened in Britain and france doesn't mean it always will.
Rome had too many problems to stand on its own for too long
Manifest destiny though also included killing off the natives
Not turning them into colonists
colonialism doesn't have to be about taking in the natives.
Also, the U.S **did** become more racially accepting, given that freed Negros also had the right to go out and claim land
manifest destiny created problems in the long term imo
^
america is too big for its own good now
like a smaller rome
colonialism can and should include conquering
Uhm these can overlap, but they aren't the same thing
they do overlap alot of the time, weather it's conquering by killing or by breeding
The Arabs deserved a chance at independence
and what the British and French did was wrong
Because they lied

I mean the rules the US set down
Wilson, specifically
and the League of Nations
You see, the ME wasn't called a colony, even though it was one, they called them mandates
well it was still under their control and part of their empires
lol
@차가 타이 do you have autism genuine question
