I had a family member that hoarded and it took forever to clean

the hard part is actually getting my dad to help me contact his friends who can get me good prices on some of the stuff that needs done

things are clean, it's just the house was built in the 70s and hasn't been updated or fixed too much since

it's got a relatively new roof, furnace, and central AC, but it's a lot of little stuff inside that needs to be fixed or replaced for the sake of saving money long term
