outback you don't really tip 20%, 18% tops. it's a chain bullshit restaurant, and it's 18% if you're like 8 people and ordering drinks, appetizers and torturing the waitstaff to come back and forth to the table a few times, I'd only tip 20% if a few people ordered steak and you made the waiter cut the stuck up for a few :^)

there are plenty of real guido restaurants around DC where i live just go there and order off the lunch menu the price is reasonable and they give you fresh bread with the oil to dip it in
