I believe there may be multiple spies, but I do have a primary suspect in mind.
Reynaldo Regis, CIA contractor who the FBI took down a few days before the election in 2016 for 10 years of running illegal queries on US Persons using intelligence systems.

I have been unable to connect him to former CIA employee Cody Drumheller, but my suspicion is that info flowed from Regis to Drumheller, to Cody Shearer & Sid Blumenthal then to Steele but the connections are only theory.
