@williams58 first thing you need to do is agree to the rules, once youve done that all the other channels in the server become available to you.

the rules are posted in the channel <#431169106893340673>
at the bottom of the rules is a thumbs up emoji, click that thumbs up to gain access to the server.

Yes you will see the entire menu after you agree to the rules and since you have agreed you are good to go with that requirement
