its the farthest back we can see

2019-11-07 04:34:50 UTC

🤔

2019-11-07 04:34:55 UTC

Interesting

2019-11-07 04:35:00 UTC

What created it

2019-11-07 04:35:16 UTC

Please Citizen I want to hear them out then we can laugh

2019-11-07 04:35:20 UTC

created what

2019-11-07 04:35:46 UTC

What about galactic nuclear?

2019-11-07 04:35:53 UTC

@Dear Mason whats laughable about this evidence

2019-11-07 04:35:55 UTC

i mean

2019-11-07 04:35:59 UTC

its evidence

2019-11-07 04:36:00 UTC

thats it

2019-11-07 04:36:01 UTC

Or was it nuclei

2019-11-07 04:36:15 UTC

galactic nuclei are basically baby galaxies

2019-11-07 04:36:26 UTC

they show us that the universe "evolved", for lack of better words

2019-11-07 04:36:26 UTC

that is

2019-11-07 04:36:36 UTC

everythign in it didn't always exist

2019-11-07 04:36:43 UTC

and it wasnt created suddently

2019-11-07 04:37:10 UTC

like they show us that god didn't just make a bunch of galaxies one day

2019-11-07 04:37:22 UTC

Mhm

2019-11-07 04:37:35 UTC

so you seem a bit skeptical

2019-11-07 04:39:17 UTC
2019-11-07 04:40:03 UTC

cna't you just tell me

2019-11-07 04:41:07 UTC

So essentially the big bang evidence can be boiled down to three bullet points:
1: Light moving towards the red in galaxies shows that the universes/galaxies/space are expanding
2: Cosmic radiation proves that the universe was very hot and dense at some point
3: Young galaxies show that other galaxies "evolved" over time

2019-11-07 04:41:24 UTC

Am I correct on these? @Riley

2019-11-07 04:41:29 UTC

yes

2019-11-07 04:41:57 UTC

Ok

2019-11-07 04:42:20 UTC

Got it

2019-11-07 04:42:44 UTC

I knew most of this but the baby galaxies one

2019-11-07 04:42:52 UTC

First time I'm hearing of it

2019-11-07 04:43:22 UTC

ye it is usually used to debunk the steady state theory

2019-11-07 04:43:24 UTC

btw

2019-11-07 04:43:28 UTC

the baby galaxies

2019-11-07 04:43:31 UTC

*are* quasars

2019-11-07 04:43:43 UTC

active galactic nuclei is just a fancy name for them

2019-11-07 04:44:19 UTC

Ah alright

2019-11-07 04:45:14 UTC

You can understand why people wouldn't take this as a good explanation though right?

2019-11-07 04:45:38 UTC

its honestly not the strongest evidence, and I mostly use it to disprove creationism rather than prove the big bang

2019-11-07 04:45:57 UTC

That's a good way to go about it

2019-11-07 04:46:11 UTC

At the very least anyways

2019-11-07 04:46:38 UTC

I was gonna bring up something earlier but forgot

2019-11-07 04:46:56 UTC

This topic is one I enjoy to speak about honestly
